I recently stayed at a charming hostel in Ponta Delgada and had a fantastic experience. The hostel's location was perfect, right by the city center and surrounded by cafes, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me, providing recommendations and assisting with any needs I had. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, with functioning bathrooms and toilets. Additionally, the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen for guests to use. Although breakfast was not provided, there were complimentary items like tea available. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of hand towels in the bathroom and some noise from outside, my overall stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Ponta Delgada. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean with lots of natural light, making it feel comfortable and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the city easily and have everything we needed right at our fingertips.
That the hotel was located in a lively part of town, so it did get quite loud at night. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing some earplugs to ensure a peaceful night's rest.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. They provided me with great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The common areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and a short taxi ride from the airport. a fantastic experience!
Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the lockable drawers in the rooms were not large enough to fit bags, which could be inconvenient for travelers who prefer to keep everything in their bags.

The location of the hostel was also very convenient, with key attractions and shops within walking distance. One of the best aspects of my stay was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the area.
During my stay over Christmas, I was disappointed by the lack of a festive atmosphere. The common areas were empty and there were very few people staying at the hostel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and clean amenities. The location of the hotel was key, being just steps away from a main square and within walking distance to everything in the city. One advantage that I enjoyed was the shared kitchen space, which was well-stocked and clean.
There was a nightclub nearby which caused a lot of noise on weekends, making it difficult to sleep before 5:00 in the morning. The air conditioning in our room was slow and barely worked, making it uncomfortable during warmer days.
