The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me, providing recommendations and assisting with any needs I had. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, with functioning bathrooms and toilets. Additionally, the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen for guests to use. Although breakfast was not provided, there were complimentary items like tea available. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of hand towels in the bathroom and some noise from outside, my overall stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Ponta Delgada. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
